Okay Here are the steps: 
Using Cain & Abel:

1. Open your program is Cain and Abel
2. Click on the configure (On the Siniffer select the Ethernet card that you use)
3. Click Apply
4. Back to the main menu there are eight tabs that sniffer, decoder, network etc. select the tab Sniffer
5. To Enable Sniffer select button Start / Stop Sniffer that existed at the top of the tab (near the folder icon)
6. If you are on a network hub, then you can know Password with clicking password tab at the bottom of the table ( If you turns out there are in a network switch, this requires struggle more)
7. Select the APR tab located at the bottom of the table list
